FNX (First Nations Experience) CHANNEL CALLS FOR VIDEO SUBMISSIONS FOR TV and Web BROADCAST

FNX announces a call for submissions from content producers for unscripted and scripted television and web content that features programming that celebrates Native American and indigenous cultures.  The new channel is seeking programming in the areas of music, health, environment, lifestyle, youth, entertainment, history and current events/news.  30min, 60 min, 90, min and 120 min programming is acceptable, including on-going series.  The channel is also seeking to be a home for short films and music videos.  Submission forms and guidelines are listed below.

 

FNX PRODUCER SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Content producers interested in submitting material for broadcast consideration should familiarize themselves with FNX’s content areas of focus: History, Music, Arts, Entertainment, Youth, Science, Green, and Current Affairs/News, and follow the below criteria:

  1. Read and agree to the FNX (First Nations Experience) Rights Requirements. (Download)
  1. Read and agree to the FNX (First Nations Experience) Submission Release agreement. (Download)
  1. Read the FNX (First Nations Experience) Technical/Format Delivery Requirement. (Download)
  1. Determine if your content fits the following criteria.
    • The content is about Native American and/or indigenous cultures worldwide and should be of broad appeal.
    • The content is by established and emerging Native American and indigenous producers with subject areas that are or may be of interest to general audiences.
    • Is your content 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes in length?  Short films less than 30 min. will be considered under FNX’s festival of shorts.

 

If you can satisfy the above conditions, submit your work in DVD form, along with the FNX Submission Release agreement to:
